Collinsville Public Schools has elected to use the SNAP Health Portal to better connect you with your child’s school health and wellness information. Instructions for accessing the SNAP Health Portal have been sent via email. See flyer for more details.
Collinsville Physical Night will be Monday, May 1 from 5:00 until 6:30 PM at the High School. Physical forms can be found on the Collinsville School website. Cost is $20.00 and is for grades 7-12.
Current 6th grade students received the list of 7th grade elective choices today in their school email. The electives are posted in the documents section of this website. For athletics, parents need to look at the physical information posted in the Documents section, or papers sent home with students.
The Oklahoma Caring Van will be providing free immunizations Monday, May 1st, at Collinsville High School from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Due to the impending weather forecast for today, wrestling scheduled for tonight will be rescheduled for Tuesday, January 31 at 5:00 in Collinsville.
Basketball will be rescheduled for Saturday, February 4th at Pryor. Game times will be for Varsity only @ 1:00 and 2:30.
