Jacquie Hill for the “ECC Way” award for October.
She has been the most fabulous team lead and mentor for our kindergarten team. She has been incredibly helpful and encouraging to our team when we have questions or are struggling, and she does it all with such grace.
Jacquie spreads warmth, leadership, and patience to everyone she is around. She is so diligent in pushing the rest of us to be the best possible versions of ourselves. Her kindness and positivity extend beyond the classroom, encouraging teamwork and building friendships with others. Jacquie has helped us grow, both as individuals and as teachers.
She absolutely loves teaching, and it shines through at all times. She is more than willing to stay late to help others function in their own classrooms, especially when they need assistance with organization. We are so grateful to have her as a mentor to look up to when we need anything, from advice to rearranging our classroom.
Jacquie truly embraces the heart of early childhood education, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the ECC family.
