November is the PERFECT time to honor you, Natalie Tacker. We are so GRATEFUL to have you on our team because you are the perfect team player!
The way you have taken on some very special tasks this year has been phenomenal! Your gentleness and patience are evident in the way you handle your kiddos and the manner in which you do so! In the words of a fellow staff member, “She sees everything and knows exactly what is going on in her class at all times. She is great as she works with her students!” Your love towards your students does not go unnoticed, either. One such child shares, “I love Mrs. Tacker because she told me that I was really special to her.”
You give from the heart willingly and unselfishly. With your kind spirit and the gift of sharing, whether it be an idea or things needed for a craft, you are always offering help to those around you. And speaking of crafts, you are one of the most creative people in this building! Your talent gives all of us inspiration for the things we do in our rooms! You also inspire your kids to use their creativity and talents to the best of their abilities. One student says, “I love Mrs. Tacker because she lets me color pretty pictures.”
Most of all, watching you and seeing you take on more difficult tasks this year, stretching yourself and facing new challenges, has been motivating for us to witness. Thank you for showing us that we all can do things we didn’t really think we could do. You are teaching us to dig deeper, take on new hurdles, and be successful!
