You patiently & lovingly teach & guide them to meet those expectations. Not only are those expectations for your classroom, but they are notable expectations for life. You are equipping each child who passes through your door with valuable lifelong skills.
Your actions of hospitality, warmth & grace show your sweet-spirited soul. Whether it’s a hug & a warm smile, a quick text of endearing words of encouragement and praise to a coworker, or sharing your broom & Clorox wipes with your classroom neighbor, your expressions of generosity are genuinely above & beyond. You lead your pre-k team with integrity and care, even organizing meals for someone in need. Your tireless efforts in our community through your work with teens & tweens at the Refuge are admirable.
