We continue to monitor the latest information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are staying in close contact with federal, state and local health officials. We have complete confidence in these medical experts to make recommendations regarding the health of the children and adults in our community. Their guidance and advice will play a significant role in any decision we make in the event of a confirmed case locally. Please understand our school district leadership is considering all possible scenarios to protect the well-being of our students as we monitor COVID-19.

We will continue to stay in close contact with the Oklahoma State Department of Education as they are issuing guidance to Oklahoma’s school districts. All decisions will be made in the best interest of the health of our students, staff and community.

We know many families may be traveling for spring break, so we want to provide you with information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) related to travel to countries where there is widespread community transmission of COVID-19.

The CDC has identified several countries for which it has issued a Level 2 or 3 Travel Health Notice. We encourage everyone in our community to go to the CDC’s website for factual, up-to-date information regarding COVID-19. The following is guidance from the CDC to consider before traveling. We will be following these guidelines as well as any/all recommendations from local, state and federal agencies.

·         See CDC traveler’s health notices at for up-to-date guidance and recommendations relating to travel to specific countries.

·         See information for travelers visiting countries where there are confirmed cases of COVID-19 at .  Again, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority.  We will continue to partner with the CDC and local, state, and federal officials for additional information and guidance and will share updates as we get them.

Please remember this is a quickly changing situation that may require us to make adjustments in the future.
